Seller fees

Slab Republic's seller fee is a percent of the sale price, set by your lifetime results on Slab Republic. To reach a tier you need both the lifetime total sold and the number of sales. There is no per-card cap.

Refund policy

Seller fees are refundable only if the entire sale is refunded.
Empire Pass: you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged by mistake, email support@xoraos.app within 60 days and we'll refund that charge.
Viewer Stream isn't available yet. Creator Stream hosting ($29.99/mo) has no refunds after the month begins.
Marketplace refunds follow PayPal dispute outcomes (buyers pay sellers directly through PayPal; Slab Republic does not pay sellers).

Chargeback policy

Seller fee is retained unless Stripe forces a reversal.
Creator revenue is reversed proportionally if a buyer disputes.
Subscription chargebacks follow Stripe rules.
Marketplace sale reversals follow PayPal outcomes.
