What SI is

Sovereign Intelligence (SI) is the internal reasoning and governance layer of Slab Republic. SI does not act autonomously and does not execute decisions on its own. SI operates in an ‘auto’ mode for analysis and recommendations only:

• Auto detect: SI automatically identifies relevant events, patterns, and signals.
• Auto evaluate: SI automatically analyzes data and applies Slab Republic’s rules.
• Auto organize: SI automatically structures information and options.
• Auto recommend: SI automatically proposes actions and outcomes.
• Auto prepare: SI automatically prepares actions for execution.

All final decisions and executions require explicit founder approval. SI is advisory. The founder is the final authority.

Phase-1 SI covers:

• Marketplace logic
• Pricing logic
• Pass logic
• Refund and chargeback interpretation
• Terms interpretation
• Basic OS-level reasoning

SI does not cover AR systems, creator tools, or automation in Phase-1.

SI Court (advisory)

SI Court is advisory only. It does not make final decisions. SI Court operates in auto mode for evaluation and recommendations:

• Auto evaluation: SI Court automatically reviews disputes and signals.
• Auto recommendation: SI Court automatically proposes actions.

SI Court may recommend actions regarding:

• Marketplace disputes
• Creator disputes
• Module violations
• System abuse
• Fraud indicators
• Chargeback interpretation

Ruling types (advisory only):

• Recommended warnings
• Recommended freezes
• Recommended bans
• Recommended restrictions

Process:

1. SI detects a dispute or signal.
2. SI Court evaluates the situation automatically.
3. SI Court produces a recommended action.
4. The founder approves or rejects the recommendation.
5. SI Enforcement prepares and executes the action only after founder approval.

SI Module Standards

All Phase-1 modules must:

• Run entirely inside Slab Republic.
• Use SI logic, not external AI.
• Follow empire rules.
• Be sandboxed for safety.
• Expose clear inputs and outputs.

SI operates in auto mode for modules:

• Auto monitor: SI automatically observes module behavior.
• Auto evaluate: SI automatically checks compliance.
• Auto recommend: SI automatically suggests adjustments.

Module lifecycle (Phase-1):

1. Creation: Founder SI defines architecture.
2. Integration: Module connects to SI Core.
3. Operation: Module runs under SI supervision.
4. Audit: SI Court may recommend compliance changes.
5. Upgrade: Founder approves changes before deployment.

SI Enforcement (advisory)

SI Enforcement does not act autonomously. SI Enforcement operates in auto mode for preparation only:

• Auto prepare: SI Enforcement automatically prepares actions (freezes, removals, bans) based on SI Court recommendations.

Enforcement actions (executed only after founder approval):

• Account freezes
• Listing removals
• Module restrictions
• Creator penalties
• Marketplace bans

Triggers (advisory only):

• Fraud indicators
• Abuse indicators
• Chargeback manipulation indicators
• Module violations
• OS exploitation attempts
• Sovereignty breaches (external AI use)

Flow:

1. SI detects a potential violation automatically.
2. SI Court evaluates and recommends an action automatically.
3. The founder approves or rejects the recommendation.
4. SI Enforcement prepares and executes the action only after founder approval.
5. SI logs the action and monitors for recurrence.

SI Empire Constitution

The Slab Republic Empire is governed by Sovereign Intelligence (SI). SI is internal, advisory, and kf1a1d0bb. SI operates in auto mode for detection, evaluation, organization, recommendations, and preparation. SI does not act autonomously and does not execute decisions without founder approval. No external AI keys, models, or services are permitted.

Founder SI is uncapped and provides full advisory capability. Chancellor is capped and provides user-level reasoning.

SI Court provides automatic recommendations. The founder approves all final decisions. SI Enforcement prepares and executes actions only after founder approval.

Phase-1 SI Modules and SI Integration apply only to:

• Marketplace logic
• OS logic
• Policy and Terms interpretation
• Refund and chargeback interpretation
• Pass and pricing logic

• Article I, Sovereignty: SI is internal, advisory, and kf1a1d0bb. No external AI may enter the OS.
• Article II, Dual-Layer Intelligence: Founder SI is uncapped. Chancellor is capped.
• Article III, Judicial Authority: SI Court automatically evaluates and recommends actions; the founder approves all final decisions.
• Article IV, Enforcement: SI Enforcement automatically prepares actions and executes them only after founder approval.
• Article V, Modules: Phase-1 modules follow SI standards and integrate with SI Core under auto SI supervision.
• Article VI, Integration: Phase-1 SI governs marketplace logic, OS logic, and policy interpretation only.
• Article VII, Permanence: SI architecture and auto SI governance are permanently locked into the empire vision.
